THIS WEEKS MUSIC NEWS JULY 22, 2008

CHOIR PARTY

We had a great time at the Choir Party, we had between 25 and 30 there, counting spouses and Children. We filled ourselves with sweets all evening long and talked and told stories, laughed and visited, while the kids played. It was a great end to one season of Ministry and a good beginning to a new one. Thank you all for coming and bringing ice cream and cookies, and fruit and toppings etc…, and thanks to Ted and Nancy for opening up their beautiful place to us, they were greats Hosts.

MUSIC FOR SUNDAY, JULY 27, 2008

It was great to be back with you again in rehearsal last Sunday evening, we had a great group for the first time back. It has been decided that the choir won’t sing or sit in Choir loft after all on Sunday morning, however we will still have rehearsal Sunday evening at 6:00. We will sing Don’t You Wanna Go? on Sunday, August 3 instead.

Sharon Doyle will sing the Vocal Praise in both services.

Mable Brown will play the piano and Pam Hagan will play the keyboard in the 8:15 service.

Kathy Perry will play the piano and Jean Lueken will play the keyboard in the 10:45 service.

The Praise Team will sing in the 10:45 service only, the singers will be Kalyn Center, Erica Turilli, Kathy Perry, and Rick Matthiesen.

Choir Practice will be at 6:00 pm

Praise Team rehearsal will be at 7:00 pm with Sharon Doyle, Nancy Logan, Kathy Perry and Bradley Perry in attendance.

THIS WEEKS MUSIC NEWS JULY 15, 2008

CHOIR PARTY

Don’t forget the choir party this Friday night at the home of Ted and Nancy Logan, beginning at 6:30 pm. You just need to bring yourself and your families, homemade ice cream or things that go with ice cream, or your favorite summer treat. There will be various activities to keep everyone entertained, or you can sit and fellowship. It will be a good time! Just take 185 south and go about 10 miles, not quite one mile past Brown’s store on the right you will see a split rail fence with balloons tied to it on the left, this is Ted and Nancy’s house. Please R.S.V.P. at 468- 5810.

This week the Choir will not sing in either service, but we will have rehearsal at 6:00 pm. I missed you all very much and am looking forward to getting everything back to normal again.

Mable will play the piano in both services, and Virgie McGill will play the keyboard in both services.

Evette Eickelmann will sing the Vocal Praise in both services.

Choir rehearsal will be at 6:00 pm

Praise Team will be at 7:00 with Kalyn C., Erica T., Rick M. and Bradley P. in attendance.

MUSIC FOR SUNDAY, JULY 13, 2008

This is V.B.S. Kick-off Sunday, so the choir will not be singing in either service, and there will be no rehearsals due to V.B.S. preparations in the evening. I hope all of you are enjoying the long break. All rehearsals will resume on Sunday evening, July 20 at 6:00 pm for Choir and 7:00 pm for praise team.

Kendall Tanner will sing the Vocal Praise in both services.
