“… Be satisfied with what you have, for He Himself said, I will never leave you or forsake you. Therefore, we may boldly say: The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. what can man do to me?” (Hebrews 13:5b-6)

This week the Choir will be singing “Here In Your Presence” in both services. Please be in the Choir room by 8:00 am for the early service and again at 10:30 am for the second service. All rehearsals resume this evening.

Erica Turilli will sing the Vocal Praise in both services.

Kathy Perry will play the piano and Jean Lueken will play the keyboard in the 10:45 service.

The Praise Team will sing in the 10:45 service. The singers will be Kalyn Center, Erica Turilli, Kathy and Bradley Perry. We will not be able to rehearse so do your best.

Choir Rehearsal will resume at 6:00 pm remember this is Open Choir Rehearsal

Praise Team rehearsal will resume at 7:00 pm with Cindy Muschany, Evette Eickelmann, Kathy and Bradley Perry in attendance.

OPEN CHOIR REHEARSAL

Don’t forget that this Sunday is our “Open Choir Rehearsal”. Anyone who is interested in being in choir is welcome to attend. The only requirements are that you be a Christian, have a heart to worship God, and to be able to carry a tune. You may invite anyone that you would like to attend. As you are asking people please remember that though every Christian is called to be a Worshipper of God, God has not gifted everyone to be a singer and a musician. If you hear raw talent ask, if they carry a tune ask, part of our job is to encourage people to sing and to help discover and develop their abilities in serving God.

QUESTION OF THE WEEK

WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN WHEN WE ACTUALLY STAND ON THE PLATFORM IN FRONT OF THE CONGREGATION AND PRESUME TO LEAD THEM INTO THE MANIFEST PRESENCE OF ALMIGHTY GOD?

CHRISTMAS 2007

Work began on this years Christmas program last Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm, and will resume this Sunday evening September 16 at 6:00 pm. It’s not to late for you to get involved. Just begin attending a minimum of two rehearsals a month beginning no later than October and you are in! Of course we all know the more rehearsals we all attend the better the outcome, because 95% of making music is rehearsing, and we want to present our very best offering to the Lord. The tradition continues, we will present this program on Christmas Eve as usual which is on a Monday this year at 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm with a light supper in between the two.
