“In the same region, shepherds were staying out in the fields and keeping watch at night over their flock. Then an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Don’t be afraid, for look, I proclaim to you good news of great joy that will be for all people: today a Savior, who is Messiah the Lord, was born for you in the city of David.” (Luke 2:8-11)

MUSIC FOR SUNDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2008

Great Job last Sunday on “Born Is The King”. Although we had a little problem in the first service, you still sang beautifully and strong and then we rallied and did it perfectly in the second service. Thanks for coming to proclaim the start of the Christmas season, I was encouraged by the number of people who were here to sing. This week we will be singing the beautiful song “Rose of Bethlehem”. Please, sing in both services if at all possible, we need to keep building momentum right up until Christmas eve.

Evan Aldridge will sing the Vocal Praise in both services.

Mable Brown will play the piano and Virgie McGill will play the keyboard in the 8:15 service.

Kathy Perry will play the piano and Jean Lueken will play the keyboard in the 10:45 service.
