Vacation Bible School

MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
July 7-10, 2025
8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

In 2025 Vacation Bible School will be held on the week of July 7 through July 10. This is one of TBC's most exciting events of the year! Kids aged 4 through 5th grade are welcome to join us for this exciting week of fun activities including games, crafts, bible study, snack time, and so much more. On Thursday night families are welcome to join us for VBS Family Night, where they will hear about the week, watch a musical performance prepared by the kids, and then join us afterward in the parking lot for refreshments, games, and fellowship. It's a great time for all! Mark your calendars, you don't want to miss it!

Baby Dedication

Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb is a reward." Psalm 127:3

We want to celebrate with parents of newborns the gift that God has given them and support them in their decision and commitment to teach their children to love God, to train them in the way they should go, and to raise them in a Christ-honoring home. This commitment is what Baby Dedication is all about.  We offer baby dedication services on Mother's Day and Father's Day. Contact us for details.

Dedication Service

In this service, parents will acknowledge their need for the Lord's wisdom and guidance in parenting, affirm their commitment to be an example to their children by following Christ and embrace their spiritual responsibility to raise their children to love and honor Christ.
In addition to celebrating the gift of a newborn child, and the commitment made by parents, a baby dedication also serves as an opportunity for the church to embrace our responsibility to support families. We serve families through biblical preaching, bible study, prayer, discipleship, mentoring, and serving one another in love.
In addition, we serve families through our unwavering commitment to kids and student ministries. From birth through grade 12 we engage kids and students with the gospel, providing them opportunities to learn and grow. Baby dedication is just the beginning of your spiritual journey with your child.

iXL Academy Preschool & After School Programs

As an extension of our Kids Ministry, TBC offers a weekday preschool and after-school program called iXL Academy. Since 2012, iXL has served hundreds of families in our community by providing quality care in a loving, Christian environment. Our preschool is open to potty-trained children ages 2-5 and our after-school serves school-aged children, from Kindergarten to age 14.

TBC Kids Frequently Asked Questions

How do I check-in my child?
We have a child check-in system for birth through pre-k children who are attending during Sunday gatherings. Parents must check in their child at the front desk of the children's building using the equipment provided, or through our TBC App. Upon check-in, each child will receive a printed name tag. This ensures our ministry staff and volunteers know a child's name, any allergies, how to contact parents if needed, and who may pick up a child.

Is TBC a safe place for children?
We make it our mission to ensure the safety of kids and students who attend our classes and programs. During Sunday morning and Wednesday evening gatherings, members of our security team are on duty, ensuring the safety of TBC. All of our workers, teachers, and volunteers have recent background checks on file. TBC also has an extensive security system with exterior and interior cameras, including cameras in all Building B classrooms where the majority of our children and youth gather for bible study.
How does Children's Church work?
We have children's church during our 8:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. worship gatherings. Children in Kindergarten through 5th grade are welcome to participate. Children will sit together in the Worship Center in the front left pews and stay for worship. After worship, children exit the worship center and go to Classroom B213 for a Bible lesson and activities. This is where you can pick up your child after services have ended.

Note: After the 8:15 a.m. gathering, if your family is staying for Small Groups, your child will go to their Small Groups classroom located on the second floor of Building B. You'll pick your child up from the classroom after Small Groups.
Who can attend Nursery and PreK classes?
Our nursery and pre-k classes are for parents who are actively serving, teaching, or participating in our Sunday and Wednesday activities or services or during special events. Parents or guardians bringing nursery through pre-k children must remain at the church for the duration of these classes.
