Leadership

Scott Perry is the Senior Pastor of TBC.  He is a graduate of Missouri Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has served as Pastor of TBC since 1987. Scott provides spiritual leadership and oversees all aspects of ministry development. Additionally, Scott serves as the chaplain of Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan, MO.

Craig Tanner serves as the Executive Pastor of TBC, with a focus on administrative leadership, discipleship, and the iXL Academy Preschool and After-School program. Craig has a Bachelor’s degree in Religion from Missouri Baptist University and a Master’s in Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Craig joined the TBC staff in 1999.

Bradley Perry serves as the Associate Pastor at TBC. Having been on staff since 2006, Brad gives oversight and leadership to the worship ministry, praise team, student ministry, and missions. Brad has a Bachelor’s in Worship Arts from Missouri Baptist University and a Master's Degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Mary Ann Center has been on staff at TBC since 2000, serving as the church's Administrative Assistant and Treasurer. Mary Ann manages the church office and oversees the financial records for TBC and iXL Academy.

Kendall Stricklin is the ministry assistant at TBC, providing administrative support to staff, ministry support to the church, and serving as the communications coordinator for church publications, social media, and online content management. Kendall has a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies and joined the TBC staff in 2022.

In 2001, Kathy Perry was hired to direct the Choir Ministry of TBC. Kathy organizes and leads the church choir in two major choir productions each year, one on Christmas Eve and the other on Palm Sunday. The Choir helps lead in worship during the Christmas and Easter seasons.

Mallori Peregoy has been the Director of iXL Academy Preschool and After School programs since 2022. She oversees the day-to-day operations of iXL, including staff and program management.

Victoria Wall has been at iXL Academy since 2018. She became the iXL Co-Director in 2023. Victoria assists the director in day-to-day administrative tasks and serves as one of the preschool teachers for iXL.
