Who We Are

We are a loving, family-friendly Christian preschool and after-school program serving children ages 2–14 in Sullivan, MO. Our goal is to spark a lifelong love of learning in a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment. We believe every child has a natural curiosity — we simply provide the engaging atmosphere that helps them grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

What We Do

At iXL Academy, learning is hands-on and fun. Children are active participants — exploring, creating, and discovering in a stimulating environment designed for their age and stage. Our developmentally appropriate activities build strong foundations while nurturing the whole child: physically, socially, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually. We combine academic excellence with Christian values to help every child thrive.

Meet Our Team

Mallori Peregoy

Director

Mallori has been with iXL since 2020, first as a preschool teacher and as Director since July 2022. Her passion for children and strong leadership make her a trusted guide for both families and staff.

Victoria Wall

Co-Director

Victoria has served as a preschool teacher since 2018 and became Co-Director in 2023. She brings years of experience and a deep love for nurturing young hearts and minds.

Alicia Bishop

Preschool Teacher

Alicia joined iXL in 2019 and teaches Pre-K. Her warm personality and dedication create a joyful learning environment every day.

Jessica Shoenhoff

Preschool Teacher

Jessica has been part of the iXL family since 2017, previously teaching 2- and 3-year-olds and now serving as a dedicated before/after care teacher and substitute.

Savannah Huber

Preschool Teacher

Savannah joined iXL in 2022 as an After School teacher. She now teaches full-time in preschool and loves helping children discover new things.

Lisa Adams

Preschool Teacher

Lisa started as a preschool assistant in 2022 and is now a lead preschool teacher. Her caring approach helps every child feel safe and valued.

Addie Kilburn

Preschool Teacher

Addie joined our team in 2024 and teaches preschool. She brings fresh energy and a genuine love for working with young children.

Izzy Elias

After School Teacher

Izzy joined iXL in the Summer of 2026 for the After School and Summer programs. She creates a fun, supportive environment for our school-age children.

Rachel Hoke

Floater & Assistant

Rachel joined iXL Academy in 2021 as a Floater and Assistant. Her flexibility and caring support help keep our classrooms running smoothly while providing loving care wherever she’s needed.

Ava DeClue

Summer School Teacher

Ava Declue joined iXL Academy in 2025 as a Summer Teacher. She brings energy and creativity to our summer program, helping children enjoy fun, meaningful activities during the break.

Since 2012, we have been a dependable partner for families in Sullivan and the Spring Bluff area — blending high-quality education with strong Christian values to build a foundation that lasts a lifetime.

We envision a safe, joyful, and well-structured learning environment where every child feels loved, respected, and inspired. Through hands-on activities, clear expectations, and caring Christian teachers, we help children develop a lifelong love of learning while growing in character and faith.
