Tuition Rates

As a non-profit, our tuition rates are not driven by profit margin. Monthly tuition payments correlate to operating costs and staff compensation. We do not receive government aid or other types of supplemental income, therefore iXL Academy operates almost exclusively on tuition and fundraising. This simply means we have to be more diligent and firm in our billing and tuition processes while making every effort to find a good balance between affordability and quality.

Our tuition rates depend on the type of program your child is enrolling in and the duration of that program. Please contact our iXL Academy director for detailed rates for your child.

Tuition Guidelines

1. iXL Academy offers two terms each year. Our academic term is approximately nine months and runs from August through May and our summer term is two months and runs from June through July. Tuition is calculated based on the total cost of the term your child is enrolled in.

2. The total tuition cost for the term is divided into ten equal monthly installments for the academic term and two equal monthly installments for the summer term.

3. Tuition is due on the 1st business day of each month. A late fee of $25 will be charged if tuition is not paid in full by the close of business on the 10th of each month. Payments not paid in full before the end of the month will result in the suspension of iXL Academy services for that child until the account is brought current.

Refunds & Withdrawal

1. Monthly tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be offered for absences; including vacations, sicknesses, withdrawal, inclement weather, or unforeseen school closures.

2. Parents may withdraw their child from iXL Academy at any time provided that written notice is given to iXL before the first day of the following month. No refunds will be given for tuition already paid, termination will only apply to future tuition payments. Failure to notify iXL of withdrawal before the first business day of the following month obligates parents to pay 100% of the following month's tuition.

Fees

1. A $100 non-refundable registration fee per child, or $150 per family, is due when paperwork is submitted for processing. Paperwork will not be processed until the registration fee is received. . iXL Academy has a limited capacity and therefore all Student Registration Forms will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.  

2. Any changes in enrollment requiring new or additional paperwork will require a $25 processing fee.

3. A late fee of $5 per 15-minute increments will be charged for students picked up more than 5 minutes late. Late pick-up fees are assessed per child, not per family. This fee covers the cost of providing childcare staff beyond program hours.

Discounts & Special Offers

1. We offer a 10% discount for families with multiple children enrolled in iXL Academy.

2. Parents whose child is enrolled in the iXL Academy academic term will have their registration fee waived for the subsequent summer term.

3. Children who will be graduating from iXL Academy to go to Kindergarten the following school year are eligible for the discounted Pre-K pricing.

REGISTRATION

How To Register Your Child For iXL Academy

Fill out the iXL Academy Student Registration Form and other required documents.

Return the documents to the iXL Director along with the non-refundable registration fee.

Once the paperwork is processed and your child is accepted into the program, you will receive information about your child’s teacher, classroom, and schedule.
The following forms must be filled out and information collected before a child can officially be enrolled in iXL Academy

Enrollment Forms

  1. Fill Out the Student Registration Form

  2. Sign the Enrollment and Tuition Agreement

  3. Sign the Notification of Parental Responsibility

Medical Forms

  1. Preschoolers must have a medical examination signed by a licensed physician.

  2. School-aged children must have a health statement form signed by parents.

  3. Must have up-to-date immunization records

Authorization Forms

  1. Authorization for Emergency Care and Transportation.

  2. Parent Handbook Acknowledgement Form.

Parental Responsibility

  1. Read the Parent Handbook.

  2. Ask questions.

  3. Set up a tour of the facility.
