Refunds, Withdrawal & Late Pick-Up

  • Monthly tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Withdrawal requires written notice before the first of the month. No refunds will be given for tuition already paid. Failure to notify iXL of withdrawal before the first business day of the following month obligates parents to pay 100% of the following month's tuition.
  • A late fee of $5 per 15-minute increments will be charged for students picked up more than 5 minutes late. Late pick-up fees are assessed per child, not per family. This fee covers the cost of providing childcare staff beyond program hours.
