Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?
Come as you are. You'll see people dressed in everything from suits and dresses to jeans and shorts. Our worship gatherings are relaxed, and we want you to be comfortable.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of parking around the TBC campus. If you’re visiting for the first time, we recommend parking in the front lot along Beeman Street. Handicap parking is also available.

If you’re bringing children for nursery or childcare, we recommend parking in the lot near the Education Building or along Orchard Street and entering through the Education Building Entrance.
Which entrance should I use?
If you’re attending a worship service, enter through the Worship Center Entrance on Beeman Street. Our greeters will be there to welcome you and help you find your way.

If you’re bringing children for nursery or childcare, enter through the Education Building Entrance.

The Fellowship Hall Entrance is also open on Sunday mornings and provides access to coffee and refreshments.
What happens when I arrive?
When you arrive, one of our greeters will be available to welcome you and help you find where you need to go. You can grab a cup of coffee, find a seat in the Worship Center, or ask someone to help you find a Small Group, children's ministry, or another part of the campus.
What is a worship service like?
Our worship gatherings include music, Scripture reading, prayer, and biblical preaching. Our preaching centers on God’s Word, and we aim to worship God together and grow in our understanding of His truth.

Worship typically lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Small Groups meet for one hour at 9:30 a.m.
How do I check in my child?
If you're visiting with children, our greeters and childcare staff can help you with check-in. Check-in badges are available in the Education Building foyer, and our team will help you get your children where they need to go.
Do I have to be Baptist to attend?
No. You don't have to be Baptist, a church member, or even a Christian to attend TBC. We welcome anyone who wants to worship with us, learn about Jesus, or simply find out more about who we are.
Is TBC accessible?
Yes. Elevators provide access to all floors of our buildings, and a ramp provides access to the Worship Center. We also have a hearing assist headphone system available for those who have difficulty hearing. If you need assistance, our greeters and staff will be glad to help.
What if I have questions when I arrive?
Just ask. Our greeters are here to help. Whether you need help finding a classroom, children's ministry, restroom, Small Group, or simply aren't sure where to go, we'd be glad to help.
